Feb 23  SPECIAL EVENT FOR STUDENTS
The New York Neuropsychology Group is sponsoring an event at The New
York Academy of Sciences on Tuesday evening, Feb. 23 (6:00 pm--8:30pm),
to bring together students looking for training/experience
opportunities and representatives of institutions and programs which
offer such opportunities.

Dr. William Barr, of Hillside Hospital-LIJMC will make a brief
presentation on training in the light of the Houston Conference.
Representatives of institutions offering various kinds of training and
experience will be invited to make brief presentations (e.g. 3-4 min?)
and/or to distribute literature describing whatever they offer.

The setting will be informal, with light refreshments available, and it
is anticipated that most of the evening will involve person-to-person
contacts between program representatives and students.

The Academy is at 2 East 63rd st.

We urge you to participate, and to announce the event to your students.
No formal registration is required for students, but we would like them
to call and announce intention to come, so we can plan the "light
refreshments" accordingly and insure that the space will be adequate.

Program/institution representatives should call also, so we can plan
the time appropriately.
