POSITION: Part-time Clinical Researcher

· Salary range $35,000 to 40,000 x 50%

DEPARTMENT: Medical Genetics/Cognitive Neuroscience

DUTIES: Half-time position (3 days per week) to work with a research group on a non-treatment study involving individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression. Responsibilities include: conducting structured diagnostic interviews (clinical/research), rating clinical measures and summarizing findings; administering and scoring a battery of neuropsychological tests (WAIS-III, WMS-R/WMS-III, NART, Trails, WCST), and attending ongoing training, reliability and data cleaning meetings.

EDUCATION: Minimum of Master’s degree in psychology or related field.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Experience with diagnostic interviewing and administration of neuropsychological tests is required. Externship experience in neuropsychological assessment is preferred. Experience working with individuals who have severe mental illness is required. Research experience and interest a plus.
